To make sure you're using the latest version of Cinema 4D Lite, update After Effects CC in the Creative Cloud app.

  1. In the Creative Cloud app, go to All Apps.
  2. Locate After Effects β†’ Update.

How to install an earlier version of After Effects

If you're having issues with Cinema 4D in After Effects 2021, you may want to roll back to After Effects 2020. This will also roll back Cinema 4D Lite to version R21.

  1. In the Creative Cloud app, go to All Apps.
